Information for parents

Parents are invited to take a very active part in our school! We value the part you play in helping us work closely with your child. Here are some of the ways in which you can become involved:
- Parent assemblies take place every Friday at 9.00am Coffee is available from 8.30-8.45am in the cafe. A different class leads the Good work assembly each week and the Head presents 'Pupil of the week' awards to each class.
- Reading Buddies work with the same 3 or 4 designated pupils each week. It is an extremely rewarding experience following the progress of individual pupils.
- Parents are welcome to become involved in the project and full training is given. Many parents find it a useful starting point for a career in education.
Many parents work in school helping in classes sharing their many skills and talents. Some parents even help to lead assemblies!
If you would like to get involved please contact the school.
